Reflection
An army stayed paralyzed for forty days because a threat kept repeating itself. Fear rarely needs new material; it just needs the same voice, morning and evening, until the whole camp organizes around it.
Pray
Lord, something has been shouting at me every morning and every evening, and I have arranged my life around it. Quiet the repetition long enough for me to hear what is actually true.
Amen.

A threat repeated daily is still only one threat.
