Reflection
This is the fear that has a calendar: the same unanswered longing, arriving on schedule, worn deeper each time it comes around. Repetition makes an ache feel like a verdict.
Pray
God, I have brought this same request back to You for years and it has started to feel like a closed door. Keep me from turning Your silence into a sentence.
