Feet in the Water

“When the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth, rest in the waters of the Jordan, that the waters of the Jordan will be cut off.”

Reflection

The river parted after they stepped in, not before. The order is the whole lesson: the evidence you are waiting for is on the far side of the move you are refusing to make.

Pray

Lord, I have been asking You to part this before I step. Give me the nerve to put a foot in while it is still deep, and meet me there.
