Justice

“What does the LORD require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?”
Micah 6:8

Reflection

Justice is not favoritism for our own side. It applies the same dignity, evidence, and standard even to people we dislike.

Pray

God, give me a love for justice that includes justice for people I oppose. Protect me from demanding standards for others that I reject for myself.

Amen.
